SAP system changeover at RWS GmbH

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service and respond efficiently to your needs, we will be implementing an SAP system changeover in July of this year. Due to this changeover, no deliveries are expected to take place between June 30 and July 11, 2025. We kindly ask you to take this into account in your planning to ensure a continuous supply of our products. Please place your orders accordingly in good time. Your usual contact person will of course be available to you during this period.

What can you expect during the SAP system changeover?

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service and respond efficiently to your needs, we are changing our ERP system landscape. On June 30, 2025, we will switch to a new SAP system that will make collaboration with our business partners even smoother.

 

How long will the SAP system changeover take?

The SAP system conversion will take place between June 30 and July 11, 2025.

 

What impact will this have on orders and deliveries?

Due to the technical changeover, we will not be able to accept orders or make deliveries between June 30 and July 11, 2025. We kindly ask you to take this into account in your planning to ensure a continuous supply of our products. Your usual contact person will of course be available to assist you during this period.

 

What impact will this have on the wholesale web shop in Germany?

Due to the technical changeover, no deliveries are expected to be made between June 30 and July 11, 2025. In addition, our web shop will not be available during this period. This applies to both placing new orders and tracking existing orders.

 

How can an uninterrupted supply be ensured?

In order to ensure an uninterrupted supply of our products, we kindly ask you to place urgent and strategically important orders in May and June 2025. Please use your usual channels and contact persons for this purpose. We will deal with your requests as quickly as possible.

Your usual customer service representatives will be available as usual during the SAP system changeover. If you have any questions, need individual coordination, or have special requests, you can reach your contact person at any time via the usual communication channels.
