The standard working week is 35 hours. All employees have a flexitime account. Shift planning takes into account the wishes of employees as far as possible. We also offer mobile working for suitable activities, as well as part-time and phased retirement. Bridge days are usually kept free.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly adjacent to the factory premises. The nearest bus stop is right outside the factory, providing a link to the public transport network. There is also the option of leasing a company bike at a favourable rate (which can of course also be used privately) and covered bicycle stands at the factory entrance.

We support your mobility by covering 25% of the costs of the "Deutschlandticket", which allows you to use public transport.

Our company medical centre is open on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We actively promote preventive care, for example through internal vaccination campaigns for flu or corona protection, non-smoking seminars, etc. Our company doctor also offers consultation hours several times a week.
