Flexible working hours

The standard working week is 35 hours. All employees have a flexitime account. Shift planning takes into account the wishes of employees as far as possible. We also offer mobile working for suitable activities, as well as part-time and phased retirement. Bridge days are usually kept free.

Onboarding and mentoring programme

To make it easier for them to settle in, we organise onboarding days where we welcome new employees, give them the opportunity to make initial contacts and gain a comprehensive picture of the company, its products and its location. We also actively support the familiarisation phase.

Car parks, public transport, job bike

There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly adjacent to the factory premises. The nearest bus stop is right outside the factory, providing a link to the public transport network. There is also the option of leasing a company bike at a favourable rate (which can of course also be used privately) and covered bicycle stands at the factory entrance.
